2. Choose materials that can be recycled

Make sure you keep your customers and followers informed on your mission of going green via social media. In the current day and age with the effects of global warming severely harming our planet, people are looking to businesses to make more of an effort to reduce their carbon footprint. According to studies, 93% of consumers have a more positive image of a company if they choose to go green, while 90% admitted they would choose to stay loyal to a green company over non-green competitors.
